Our original BaseCamp weight loss boot camp course is designed to get you slimmer and more toned in a week.
Our expert team is dedicated to providing guidance, instruction, advice and knowledge to those who want to reduce their weight and maximise their health and fitness potential.
During the week-long course you will be participating in a wide variety of exercises, from circuit training and hiking to mountain biking and team challenges – all of which are designed to reduce body fat measurements and improve muscle tone.
Haven’t ridden a bike since you were eight? Never mind, you don’t need to have any previous experience of these activities as our instructors will show you how to undertake each activity safely.
The physical activities will be reinforced and complemented with advice designed to dispel the many myths surrounding exercise and nutrition. Our aim is to educate and empower you to continue with your sustainable, healthy living once you leave us.
What can you expect to achieve at our weight loss boot camp?
On arrival, everyone undergoes a detailed assessment before they start the course. At the completion of the course the assessment programme is repeated so you can see how slimmer and fitter you are.
