Lesley Daley
// COURSE DIRECTOR

Maintaining a good level of fitness and eating healthily plays an important part in Lesley’s life. She has a hectic schedule and understands how difficult it is for multi-tasking people to find the time to eat well and incorporate exercise into a daily routine. She became a runner five years ago and now leads adult beginners’ running groups.

After training with Lee for six years and, inspired by the effectiveness of his techniques, she now works with him in developing active programmes that meet the needs of today’s women and men and handles marketing and sales for BaseCamp courses.

Lee and Lesley work with a hand-picked team of instructors, all of whom have considerable experience in training men and women to get fitter, lose inches and lead a healthier lifestyle.

He has also cooked for TV and film productions, preparing meals for the stars of BBC’s Dr Who and Torchwood and for many actors at Universal Studios, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Anthony Hopkins and Benicio Del Toro.
