BaseCamp +1 Boot Camp Fitness Course

We started BaseCamp +1 following requests from people who had completed our original weight loss course and wanted to progress further and build on their fitness.

If your aim is to get fitter, kick start an exercise regime, improve your fitness for a specific discipline such as running or cycling or you’re preparing for a particular event and want to improve your PB – then BaseCamp +1 is for you.

This boot camp fitness course is a step up from our weight loss course and is designed to build on an existing level of fitness. You’re probably exercising regularly or perhaps need to concentrate on your fitness for health reasons.

We are experienced in working with people who have high blood pressure, diabetes or who are undergoing cardiac rehabilitation for example.

Our experienced sports scientists and trainers will show you how to improve your technique and you’ll experience the benefits of increased aerobic and anaerobic fitness and flexibility.

And just like on our weight loss programme, we’ll be checking on you at every session with a heart rate monitor, so we can ensure you’re working in the most efficient manner.

At the end of the week-long course you’ll have increased fitness and recovery levels; a better understanding of the importance of nutrition and how the body works; a programme of drills to use at home and increased confidence to reach your goals.

Our BaseCamp +1 Boot Camp Fitness Course is held at our top class locations in Exmoor and in the Dordogne, France. Enjoy a week’s training with great trainers, great company and great food created by our gourmet chef, Dan.

Prices start from £900, fully inclusive.  We offer flexible payment terms on all our courses.
