Come and join us at our week-long weight loss and fitness boot camps in Exmoor or in the Dordogne, France or sign up for an outdoor adventure under canvas in Wales.

We can also offer tailor-made group and corporate courses, which include team-building and motivational challenges. And we can arrange longer residential programmes for individuals who want to achieve a significant weight loss.

You don’t need to have any previous experience of exercise to attend our courses, which are open to both men and women of any age.  We have worked with stressed-out executives, new mums wanting to get back into shape, brides and grooms to be, people approaching a significant birthday, those who are fed with a life of yo-yo dieting, or people wanting to improve their fitness and increase their stamina.

We also specialise in working with people who are diabetic or who require cardiac rehabilitation.
