Who comes to BaseCamp?

You don’t need to have any previous experience of exercise to attend our courses, which are open to both men and women of any age.  We have worked with stressed-out executives, new mums wanting to get back into shape, brides and grooms to be, people approaching a significant birthday, those who are fed up with a life of yo-yo dieting, or people wanting to improve their fitness and increase their stamina.

We also specialise in working with people who are diabetic or who require cardiac rehabilitation.
